EXPLORE THE CAMPS
Become part of a living ecosystem where every camp is contributing its own culture, conversations, and experiences to the whole.
AUREA’s camp is devoted to making the outer visions we experience line up with the inner feelings and identity we perceive. Our stages and workshops will be filled with deep conversation, inspiration, and a space to let go of things we’ve been carrying that don’t align to our regenerative future.

Deep within the ancient redwoods, Camp Kaizen calls Founders, Builders, Artists, and Seekers to step beyond the noise and remember what truly matters. Through fire, ritual, conversation, and connection, we gather to release what no longer serves us, awaken what’s waiting within, and become the leaders our next chapter requires.

Golden Era Camp brings together NERA, Aurea, and StarGate Labs this October for three ecosystems united in one living future — a laboratory where inner transformation becomes meaningful connection and collective action, with NERA developing embodied leadership and regenerative relationships, Aurea transforming vision into place, culture, and community, and StarGate Labs bridging ancient wisdom with emerging technology, so founders, healers, builders, artists, investors, technologists, and bridge-builders can clarify the gifts they’re here to contribute, meet aligned collaborators, turn inspiration into a clear next step, and find their place in a regenerative future — no longer carrying the vision alone.

Metamodern Magicians is a growing movement of people learning how to work skillfully with complexity, relationship, culture, technology, and collective intelligence in service of a more beautiful world. We bring together metamodern thought, embodied practice, systems thinking, creativity, and community-building to develop new capacities for navigating a time of profound transition. Rather than waiting for better leaders or institutions, we experiment with decentralized coordination, sovereign relationship, and forms of collaboration that create more agency, coherence, and omni-win possibilities. We call ourselves Magicians because we are interested in turning imagination into reality—and becoming people capable of helping the seemingly impossible emerge.
