The Portal is located in South Austin (15 minutes South of Downtown Austin). The address is at: 7412 Albert Road, Austin, TX 78745.
Neighborhood
The Portal is situated in a residential neighborhood. Please honor the privacy, peace, and quiet of our immediate neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable when arriving or departing, and avoiding parking in front of residential homes.
Parking
To minimize our ecological and neighborhood impact, please carpool or use rideshare services whenever possible. If you need to drive yourself, we’ve secured a dedicated parking area on a vacant lot across from the venue on Albert Road—Look for signage and our parking attendant. Parking is complimentary for contributors.
Food & Beverage
The remarkable Kaya Kitchen will be onsite throughout the event, offering nourishing meals, refreshing beverages, and delightful desserts from morning until late evening. Our wine/beer bar will also be available. Rest assured that your culinary needs will be well taken care of, allowing you to remain present and engaged.
Wifi Connection
High-speed wifi is available throughout the venue. There will certainly be areas workspaces around the property for contributors who need quiet moments to prepare, make phone calls or connect online. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.
Drug-Free Environment
RegenWorld ’25 is a space for clarity, connection, and conscious engagement. While we celebrate authentic expression, this business conference with festival elements is strictly drug-free. We reserve the right to ask anyone under the influence to leave the premises, as clear minds are essential for the important work we’re doing together.
Tickets & Contributions
Events like RegenWorld ‘25 are very expensive and require many hands to make light work. Please understand that even “free” tickets represent a real financial investment on our part. If you and/or your guests have received complimentary access, we warmly invite you to make a donation at brad@regenworld.net to support our sustainability as a 501c3 organization and event.
Guest List/Comp Tickets
We’ll have a follow up email about these in the next few days… We’re going to offer each of you a couple extra free guest day passes for Tuesday and Wednesday so people can see how amazing this event is. Those guest passes will be an all-day/night pass, again for either Tuesday or Wednesday. Once we set up an rsvp system for that, we’ll let everyone know and ask for your support.
Volunteers
If you know others who would wish to volunteer, please direct them to email info@regenworld.net or text me. We require 4 hours of work per day in exchange for event access on that respective day.

Operating Hours
The event will run daily from 12:00 noon to 11:00 pm, extending to 2:00 am on the Thursday Eclipse party night. Doors open at 11:30 am each morning, with contributor check-in starting at 11:00 am.
Pets and Children
Due to the complex nature of our event setup and programming, we maintain a no-pet policy, unless you have a service dog. While we understand family commitments, we generally discourage bringing children. If necessary, they may accompany you, but please ensure they remain supervised at all times.
Safety First
Your wellbeing is paramount. While we maintain comprehensive event liability insurance, we ask that you move mindfully throughout the venue and promptly report any safety concerns to our staff.
Media Consent
By entering the grounds, you grant RegenWorld permission to use your likeness in photography or video for promotional purposes. If you have specific concerns, please speak with our media team upon arrival.
Promotion
And last, but not least, we ask for your support in promoting this event location, nationally and globally. We know everyone is busy, but our collective reach must be in the millions of fans, members, followers. We have an affiliate registration link here ( ) if you’d like to earn 15% on ticket sales you impact. We have an asset folder where you’ll find banners, reals and other content to utilize. And we have a social media agency supporting this process that is likely tagging you, so we ask you to take those posts and repost them on your platforms.

Ticketing Policy
No refunds are available after March 1st. Transfers are permitted with prior notification to our team.
