Each day concludes with a 6:00pm – 7:00pm networking reception and continues in the evening with 7:00pm – 9:00pm curated dinners and then 9:00pm-11:00pm cultural experiences and attractions.

EVENT
FAQs
Everyday, the venue will be open at 10:00am til midnight. Most conference programming will be offered from 12:00pm – 6:00pm with receptions, dinners and cultural experiences occurring in the evening.
No camping on-site. Check local hotels, AirBnBs and with members of the greater Austin community for home stays.
Check out our partnership with Bubbl <see Bubbl.com> for opportunities to join Bubbl houses (group AirBnB houses) and share with other like-minded conference attendees.
We suggest using Uber or Lyft to arrive at the venue in South Austin – 15 minutes from most locations in Austin. We will provide FREE on-site parking. See signage near venue for parking location.
Portions of the conference will be live streamed, and a compilation DVD of many of the sessions will be offered afterwards for a fee. Check website after the conference for details.
Our food partner, Kaya Cafe will provide farm-to-table mostly organic, vegetarian/vegan cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner pretty much all day and into the evening. We’ll likely have a few additional food vendors to provide some complementary items.
No dogs, No substances, No fire arms. No overnight camping.
